As with many Non-Profits out there, Samuel Dixon Family Health Centers faced challenges in balancing the needs of their employees and the costs of their Employee Benefits. With no FT HR staff, Samuel Dixon were also challenged with the time and processes surrounding payroll and HR compliance.

Employee Benefits

Our experienced team was able to uncover an HMO plan that cost less than their current Kaiser offering, while giving employees access to their previous doctors that were part of Facey Medical Group. Additionally, we were able to keep the Kaiser plan for those employees who liked it and give employees the choice of an HMO or PPO with another well-known carrier. We were able to find efficiencies that also helped to enhance their dental plans, to give employees a choice, and reduced the overall expense to both the employer and employee – we call this a win-win!

Payroll

Our CorpStrat team offers affordable payroll processing with local, personalized service. This was a huge selling point for the CFO who had been having issues with their current payroll vendor and needed more support and a dedicated Account Manager. Our employees are not just payroll processors.

HR Automation

Since both the COO and CFO are challenged with everyday tasks such as onboarding, time and attendance tracking and performance management, CorpStratHR was able to implement a full HRIS system that automates the entire employee experience (hire to fire) and makes their jobs easier. No more paper filing, cumbersome time tracking spreadsheets. Now, employees can request their time off, view their paychecks and other important documents online, make online changes to their W-4’s, update address and other personal information.

COO Philip Solomon recently referred us to a colleague who is in desperate need of help in all of the same area. When asked why he referred us, he simply said “All of you have simplified things for us and it will only get better.”
